What are the chances of the Jags winning the Super Bowl?
By kaspeckman | February 7, 2012
Things are off to a not-so-positive note for the Jaguars’ 2012-2013 season, at least according to the pigskin pundits at bleacher report.
Based on the team’s bottom-five rankings in overall offense, passing offense and average points scored, plus a sophomore quarterback with “happy feet,” columnist Dan Van Wie assigned them an NFL power ranking of just about the worst (my words, not his). He projected they’d finish third place in the AFC South with a record of 4-12. While fellow columnist Matt Miller estimated their chances of winning the Super Bowl at 350-1.
In other what-in-the-hell-has-Mike-Mularkey-gotten-himself-into news, the Jags new head coach now has to deal with questions about his 21-year old son Shane being arrested for cocaine possession (translation: He’s been practicing his “no comment” statement.)
Welcome to the big time, Mike!
