I must admit: I’ve been so busy obsessed with making The Specktacle for Special Olympics the greatest D-list celebrity event to hit this city, I’ve neglected reporting some amazing Look-a-Locals that I spotted lately including this guy sitting at the bar at the European Street Cafe in Riverside who looks an awful lot like actor Owen Wilson, awful hair and all.
