Tom Green touches down
By kaspeckman | June 14, 2012
A very observant Eye Team member spotted comedian/actor/original Jackass Tom Green at the Jacksonville Airport yesterday. Green, who’s looking quite fit these days, is performing at the Comedy Zone tonight through Saturday. Tickets start at $20.
I can only hope he will do “The Bum Bum Song.”
Green will also making an appearance at Sun-Ray Cinema in 5 Points on Saturday as part of their Around Midnight! series. Tickets are $9, or bring your receipt from one of his Comedy Zone shows and get in free. He will introduce Freddy Got Fingered, a film that he wrote, starred in and directed—and film critic Roger Ebert gave zero stars and said:
This movie doesn’t scrape the bottom of the barrel. This movie isn’t the bottom of the barrel. This movie isn’t below the bottom of the barrel. This movie doesn’t deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence with barrels.
Green will do a post-film Q&A and should probably prepare for a shower of rotten tomatoes and at least one question about Drew Barrymore.
Special thanks to Stephanie for her eagle eye—and stalking Tom on my behalf!
